Kindness Cake

Help your child give the gift of kindness!

This super-simple Kindness Challenge helps kids:

• Do at least one kind thing for someone each day for 7 days.
• Keep track of their kindness by coloring in the hearts to decorate their cake.  

• Enjoy the feeling of the "helper's high!" (A term coined by Allan Luks that describes the good feelings we get each time we do something kind for someone else.)

Use this challenge to give your child a chance to spread a little happiness this season AND enjoy the feeling of doing something kind.

It's a great way to celebrate World Kindness Day any day of the year!
