Hi! I'm Jen and I live in Minnesota with my husband and our 4 full-of-life kiddos.

This Time Of Mine was born out my own desire to find fun, approachable ways to bring important skills like independence, creativity and confidence into everyday life with my family so they would grow up knowing who they are and what they're capable of. 

What I have learned (and continue to learn) has fueled a fire in me as a parent to make sure my children know how to build and repair their own confidence so they can feel free to venture out, try new things, build relationships and enjoy all their lives have to offer. 

I've also set out to share what I learn (and what I experiment with my own family) with as many parents as will listen. Because I strongly believe that the best way to impact a child's life is to empower their parents. (That's you!)
